Method
- Pour 1/3 cup chicken broth in the slow cooker. Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker. Pour olive oil on top of chicken and also sprinkle with minced garlic.
- Mix the spices together including salt, oregano, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle the spices over the chicken. Cook on low for 3 hours.
- For best results, tent chicken breasts with aluminum foil on a wooden cutting board for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
