Juicy Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pour 1/3 cup chicken broth in the slow cooker. Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker. Pour olive oil on top of chicken and also sprinkle with minced garlic.
  2. Mix the spices together including salt, oregano, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle the spices over the chicken. Cook on low for 3 hours.
  3. For best results, tent chicken breasts with aluminum foil on a wooden cutting board for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
